In case people didn't notice...he is fascinated by elephants. Now there are in Belfast - elephant wall hangings, wooden elephants (Several), elephant design throws, elephant t-shirts (? not sure about that), and zillion elephant pictures.
The final gesture is the acquisition is a live elephant. Fortunately the price is prohibitive, not to mention transport possibilities. It WILL be difficult to transport a cutesie elephant (even a baby) back to Belfast, unless we do a reducing charm, slip it into a bottle and take it on board as food and drink. :D All might be well as long as it doesn't throw up its trunk and trumpet, and go HRRRRRMMMMMPPPPPHHHH
